Francisca I. Otero has been with the Firm since 1999. She was admitted to the Virginia Bar in 2002 and to the District of Columbia bar in 2008. She is a graduate of the University of Virginia, and received her Juris Doctor from American University, Washington College of Law. She is also fluent in Spanish.

As counsel for his small business and nonprofit clients, Mr. Klemz makes the business goals of his clients his goal. Mr. Klemz has experience dealing with most legal tasks faced by small businesses and nonprofits, including:
