John H. Quinn, Jr
John H. Quinn, Jr. founded the Firm in 1982. He was admitted to the bar in Virginia and Tennessee in 1961; to the District of Columbia bar in 1963; and to the Maryland bar in 1989. He is also a member of the American Bar Association. He is a graduate of Rhodes College with honors, and received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Virginia, School of Law.
